How Long Will It Take to Process an Order?

Orders are typically processed within 5 days. Need it sooner? Contact us to prioritize your order!

How Do You Ship?

  • Within the U.S.: Via USPS priority mail. Ensure accurate shipping address; we're not responsible for errors.
  • International Shipping: Delivery time and method varies based on location. Customers are responsible for customs rates. Packages ship DDU; additional charges must be paid by the customer for package clearance.

Shipping price includes insurance up to the the cost of the item. Items over $300 require signature confirmation. Nothing can be done for orders lost after they are marked as delivered, but we will open a lost package claim for items lost in transit. 

How Do I Care for My Feathers?

  • Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and pets.
  • Straightening: Use steam, a quick pass with a hair straightener (avoid leather strips), or place under a heavy book on a flat surface for a few days.
  • Cleaning: Wash gently in cool water with mild shampoo. Dry metal/leather parts with a towel and air dry feathers in front of a fan. For fluffiness, steam after drying.
  • To Avoid Damage: Apply hair products before wearing your feather jewelry. Avoid contact with oils or creams.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of order arrival. Items must be in original condition. Email us at natalie@etherealform.net with order details for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. Custom and sale items are final sale. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days upon item inspection.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes, all our pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials to ensure comfort and safety.

Where Do You Get Your Feathers? Are They Ethically Sourced?

Our rooster feathers are byproducts of the meat industry from sustainable farms. Hunted bird feathers are used respectfully. Exotic feathers are naturally shed and collected without harm. All feathers are legally acquired.
